Shipping Policy

GEMSNBLOOM products are shipped by our suppliers. Shipping availability, charges, processing times, and delivery estimates depend on the product, supplier, and destination.

Shipping costs

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Products covered by our general shipping rates offer U.S. standard shipping for $8 on orders below $70, free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more, and express shipping for $15. Supplier-specific shipping rates may differ, and these offers do not apply to every product. International shipping charges, where available, are displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by supplier. Please review any estimates provided on the product page or at checkout. If an estimate is not provided, contact us at GEMSNBLOOM@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm the supplier's current estimate. Express shipping, where offered, does not shorten supplier processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays, holidays, and customs processing may affect arrival times.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages on different days.

International orders

International availability depends on the product and destination. Import duties and taxes may apply. Review any charges shown at checkout and contact us before ordering if you have questions about additional destination-country charges.

Order assistance

Please verify your delivery address before placing an order. If you need an address correction or have a delayed, missing, or damaged shipment, contact ericaylm82@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the supplier has processed the order.
